SCPA KST AVOCATS grew out of MSS AVOCAT, the firm founded by Maître Souleymane SOUMARÉ, Avocat à la Cour (Attorney at Law).
After several years of practice and growth, the firm took a new step forward by bringing together, alongside its founder, Maître Moussa KONATÉ and Maître Albert Ngor Codou THIOR, both Avocats à la Cour.
This partnership gave rise to KST AVOCATS.
A new structure, a new momentum and a shared ambition: to combine complementary experience and expertise in order to offer clients ever more comprehensive legal support.
SCPA KST AVOCATS is organised around its partners, supported by in-house lawyers and administrative staff. Depending on the nature and complexity of each matter, members of the firm work on cases jointly.
KST AVOCATS thus brings together complementary backgrounds and areas of practice.
The firm’s practice covers, in particular, business law, real estate and land law, contract law, banking and finance law, public law, employment law, criminal law, family law, litigation and intellectual property law.
